The center will be established the hepatitis patients club basing on the actual demands of the patients and the friendly talk on 13 December 2008. This club will be operated from February 2009

On 13 December 2008, there is a friendly talk between doctors and patients at the Center Hall. This is a periodic friendly talk of the Center to provide popular knowledge for patients. The invited guests are Doctor Nguyen Huu Chi – Vice President of HCMC Liver and Gall association and Vice Chairman of Infection Department – Chief of E Infection of Tropical Hospital and Doctor Ton That Quynh Trung – member of HCMC Liver and Gall Association, General Director of the Center. Now there are many new medicines to treat HBV that are recognized by FDA and EU Committee such as Tenofovir, Telvibudin.

On 15 December 2008, the third branch at 95A Phan Dang Luu Street is officially put into operation of the CT scanner. This is a high technique in the image diagnosis that helps the doctors to exactly diagnose pathological signs as well as early discover illnesses.

On 2 September 2008 the third branch of the Center is put into operation. Is the first health unit that examines and treats patients who have medical insurance. Until now the Center has been serving 600,000 times of patients who have medical insurance. Located at 95A Phan Dang Luu Street in M-Star building, the third building is invested under modern health model to make patients feel comfortable. The building is clean and convenient and is divided into three areas.
